Order Production

All WeAreK9 products are handmade to order. Please allow 2–3 working days for your order to be made before dispatch.

During busy periods production times may be slightly longer. If there are any significant delays, we will contact you.

Shipping Options

We ship all UK orders using Royal Mail tracked services.

Available options at checkout:

• Royal Mail Tracked 48 – £3.60Estimated delivery time: 2–3 working days after dispatch

• Royal Mail Tracked 24 – £5.00Estimated delivery time: 1–2 working days after dispatch

Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Please note that delivery timeframes are Royal Mail estimates and not guaranteed.

Larger Orders

For larger or heavier orders, alternative courier services may be used to ensure safe and reliable delivery. If this applies to your order, tracking details will still be provided once dispatched.

Dispatch Confirmation

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your delivery.

Delivery Responsibility

Please ensure that the delivery address entered at checkout is correct. WeAreK9 cannot be held responsible for delays or lost parcels caused by incorrect address details.

Returns

As most WeAreK9 products are handmade to order, customised items cannot usually be returned unless they are faulty.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 14 days of delivery so we can resolve the problem.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unused and in original condition

• Free from dirt, hair, damage or signs of wear

• Returned with any original packaging where possible

Items that have been used, worn outdoors, or show signs of dog wear cannot be accepted for return.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

Faulty Items

If your order arrives faulty or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with:

• Your order number

• A description of the issue

• Clear photos showing the problem

We will assess the issue and arrange a replacement, repair, or refund where appropriate.

Safety Notice

All WeAreK9 equipment should be used responsibly and under supervision. Handlers are responsible for ensuring equipment is suitable for their dog and used correctly.

Warranty

All WeAreK9 equipment is handmade using durable webbing and heavy-duty hardware designed for working and active dogs. Each item is inspected before dispatch.

WeAreK9 products are covered by a 12-month warranty from the date of delivery, covering manufacturing faults only.

This includes issues such as:

• Faulty stitching

• Hardware failure under normal use

• Material defects present at the time of delivery

  
  

If you believe your item has a manufacturing fault within this period, please contact us with your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can assess it.

Where a genuine manufacturing fault is confirmed, WeAreK9 will repair or replace the item where possible. Refunds will only be issued where repair or replacement is not possible.

What the warranty does not cover

The warranty does not cover damage caused by normal use or external factors, including:

• Chewing or biting by the dog

• Cuts, abrasions, or damage caused by rough surfaces

• Damage caused by incorrect use or misuse

• Normal wear and tear over time

• Cosmetic wear such as scuffing or fading

  
  

No dog equipment is completely indestructible, particularly when used by strong or high-drive dogs.

Handlers are responsible for ensuring equipment is suitable for their dog, correctly fitted, and regularly inspected for signs of wear or damage.
