Returns Policy
Returns
As most WeAreK9 products are handmade to order, customised items cannot usually be returned unless they are faulty.
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 14 days of delivery so we can resolve the problem.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
• Unused and in original condition
• Free from dirt, hair, damage or signs of wear
• Returned with any original packaging where possible
Items that have been used, worn outdoors, or show signs of dog wear cannot be accepted for return.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
Faulty Items
If your order arrives faulty or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with:
• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos showing the problem
We will assess the issue and arrange a replacement, repair, or refund where appropriate.
Safety Notice
All WeAreK9 equipment should be used responsibly and under supervision. Handlers are responsible for ensuring equipment is suitable for their dog and used correctly.
